The ecom-EN2 is suitable for measuring and analyzing combustion in various industrial combustion devices and boilers, monitoring and optimizing combustion performance, saving energy, and reducing pollutant emissions. Applications include power plants, refineries, chemical plants, cement plants, research laboratories, and burners. The instrument features user-friendly design, easy maintenance, and allows sensor and filter replacement without disassembly. Peltier Cooler and Condensate Trap with Detection:

The Peltier gas cooler consists of a gas heat exchanger and an electronic condensation monitoring device. It uses Peltier cooling to lower the sample gas dew point and remove moisture, ensuring stable gas properties. During flue gas processing, the gas heat exchanger provides optimal dehumidification due to the spiral rise of the gas. The condensation system enhances gas pre-treatment through a metal filter. Condensate is collected in a dedicated trap, and two electronic condensation detectors monitor it in real time. When the limit is reached, measurement stops, the pump shuts off to prevent moisture ingress, and a peristaltic pump automatically discharges condensate externally.

Data Processing:

The ecom EN2 is equipped with a built-in high-speed thermal printer, capable of printing measurement data at speeds up to 75mm/s. Print settings can be customized by the operator (8×24 characters).

The ecom-EN2 can be used with any dot matrix printer.

The ecom-EN2 comes standard with an MMC card slot. Each MB of card can store 2000 sets of measurement data, with MMC storage cards starting from 2GB.
